The only personal information this site asks for is what you enter in the quote form: your name, email, the town your house is in, and a description of the job. Nothing is required to read any page.
Like most websites, the hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) to keep the site running and secure.
Your details are used to answer your quote request and to schedule and complete the work if you go ahead. They are not sold, rented or shared with anyone for their own marketing.
Form submissions are stored by the site's hosting provider, Netlify, and may be copied into the customer system Craver Electric uses to track quotes and jobs. Both are commercial services with their own security practices.
Reply to any email from Craver Electric and ask for your details to be deleted. This is done by hand and may take a few days.
This site may use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to count visits and see which guides are read. It does not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data.
This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top will change.
